Gingersnaps


1 1/2 C oil
1/2 C molasses
1 C white sugar
1 C brown sugar
2 eggs
4 C flour
1 t cloves
1 t ginger
2 t cinnamon
1 t salt
4 t baking soda

Mix, roll into balls, roll in sugar (I use a zip lock baggie). Bake at 350 about 10-12 minutes.

  1. i was wanting to make these the other day! mostly i wanted to eat the dough.

    i decided thursday to get my hair cut....changes salon in wc fit me in late sat. afternoon. I decided while driving over there that i'd cut it short. It really does look better than it does in those pictures. It's kind of fun to have a change.
