1 C butter (or half Crisco and half butter)
1 1/3 C white sugar
1 1/3 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 2/3 C flour
1 t soda
3 C oatmeal
1 1/2 C chopped peanuts
1-2 C chocolate chips

Peanut Oatmeal Chip Cookies
I hadn't made these for a long time...the peanuts add a nice salty crunch!
