Lovely Low Fat Pumpkin Cupcakes

1 yellow or white cake mix
1 C Libby's pumpkin

2 t pumpkin pie spice
1 C water

Mix for two minutes; fill lined cupcake pans; bake about 18 minutes at 350. These are great even unfrosted! Or add a little cream cheese frosting for super deliciousness...
