Another reliable casserole. I don't know if this is a very appealing picture...I took it the 2nd night we had it, so it might look a little "left-over" (but it's a good left-over, maybe better than the first night!)
This can be pretty healthy if you use ground turkey breast, fat free chili, and light sour cream.
Mix in 2 qt. casserole:
1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
2 cans (15 oz) chili beans (or chili with beans)1 can corn (optional)
1 (16 oz) can tomato sauce plus 2 T taco seasoning (this was originally a can of enchilada sauce, but I usually can only find a really big can)3 Cups original Fritos (or most of a small bag)
Spread over top:
1 C sour cream (or a little more so it covers the meat mix)1/2 C grated cheese
Cover and bake at 350 about 30-45 minutes. Serve with more Fritos.

This is a really good one, and you're right the picture doesn't do it justice.
